Rank and salary commensurate with degree, experience and qualifications. All reclassifications must be approved by the appropriate administrators. Several factors are taken into consideration before the reclassification, including demonstrated increased competencies appropriate to the next higher-level job, performing at a satisfactory level in their current position, and the department must have a genuine need for the higher level work.


Digital Media Associate

Digital Media Associate (Level 5)
Bachelor's degree in media design, digital media, or a related field. Documented evidence of experience working in the digital media field, including pre-production, production and post-production phases. Demonstrated high standards for the quality and creativity of the end product highly desirable. 

Digital Media Specialist (Level 6)
Bachelor's degree in media design, digital media, or a related field. A minimum two years of experience in digital media production in a higher education environment. Demonstrated experience working in the digital media field, including pre-production, production and post-production phases. Demonstrated high standards for the quality and creativity of the end product highly desirable.
