Welcome to the Gallaudet University's Benefits website. Gallaudet University offers a comprehensive benefits package to its regular status staff, faculty, and teachers. This website will enable you to view detailed information regarding each benefit offered by the University. Please refer to the links on the left side. The Benefits Office is also available to assist you in understanding and maximizing your benefits. You can reach the Benefits Office through email or by phone 202-250-2634 (V/VP). You can also stop by the Benefits Office in College Hall, Room 112.


* If you want to view your biweekly paychecks, W2's, leave balance, or review your direct deposit information, go to  If you previously created an account through, then you can use the same login and password to access this new website.  If you haven't yet created an account, we highly encourage you to do it. If you never had an account before, you'll need a passcode to do the initial registration.  The Payroll Office can provide you that passcode information.  Please send an email to with your contact number and we will contact you with your passcode information. Due to ADP security concerns, we cannot provide the passcode through the web or through email.  Also for your information, ADP also has a mobile app for Apple and Android users where you can also view your pay information.

* Democracy Federal Credit Union will now be providing service through their Mobile RV every Tuesday.  The Mobile RV will be parked at the College Hall lot from 9 AM to 12 PM.  It will then be moved to Kendall parking lot (near the playground) from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM.  If you wish to become a member, please bring $5.00, your employee ID and your driver's license.  For more information on Democracy Federal Credit Union, please visit


* Human Resources Services (HRS) will be hosting a Q/A HRS Benefits on Thursday, April 6, 2017 from 12:30PM to 1:30PM at College Hall, Room 406. The purpose of this is for employees to have a discussion with the staff of Human Resources Services on different topics relating to benefits, payroll, employment, evaluations, and etc. Please understand that we are limiting the Q/A to 15 employees.  If you are interested, please e-mail and let us know if you will require an interpreter. 

DFCU will provide a workshop on "Steps in the Home Buying Process" on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 from 12:30PM to 1:30PM at College Hall, Room 406 and from 4PM to 5PM at MSSD Orientation Room.  Please feel free to bring your lunch and they will provide dessert!
