This is a tour that starts at the Visitors Center and moves counterclockwise around Lincoln Circle. The tour will give participants a sense of Gallaudet's rich history and a glimpse into the University's future. Historical buildings along with selected newer buildings are included in this tour.

The LGBTQA Resource Center, a unit of the Office of Diversity and Equity for Students, welcomes lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer/questioning, asexual and allied alumni to the first LGBTQA alumni panel. Learn from a panel of current and former students as they discuss their experiences with coming out, navigating intersectional identities, and the ways in which gender and sexual orientation impact their experiences in and out of the classroom. 10 - 11 a.m. National Fraternal Society of the Deaf Exhibit Opening
Deaf leaders in the early 20th century created the National Fraternal Society of the Deaf (NFSD) to meet the insurance needs of deaf people. For decades the organization grew, addressing barriers to equal access and building social networks through community events, and channels of communication. The Gallaudet University Museum with major support from the Frank B. Sullivan Memorial Foundation, opens an exhibition on the remarkable story of NFSD and its significant role in deaf history. This tour gives alumni an opportunity to see the President's Office, formerly used as dorm rooms for boys for many years, Edward Miner Gallaudet's desk, doorball, and the famous Black Iron Dog among other treasures. Meet at the President's Office to participate in the tour.

When there's a will, there's a way to make a difference. Learn about the simplicity and flexibility of making a planned gift.
